Our felted pelts (sheepskins but sans skin) are crafted from 100% pure sheep’s wool, with no hide or leather - just the fleece, gently felted together on the underside using a traditional wet-felting process. No sheep are harmed; our flock is professionally sheared with care to minimize stress. Each pelt showcases the breed’s signature long, lustrous locks - transformed into a plush, durable piece perfect as a throw, rug, nursery accent, or in infinite other uses.
Naturally fire-resistant, biodegradable, and hypoallergenic.
Materials: 100% Lincoln Longwool Fleece (shorn pelt & felted roving)
Care: Can be hand washed in cool water with gentle detergent and hung to dry without losing shape (just like you’d wash a tanned leather sheepskin). Do not machine wash.
Color: Colors range between gray, black and white.
Size: Highly variable in size. They’re shaped to suit many purposes and styles. Custom sizes available upon request.
